Test Adapter with Integrated Genrad 2270/71 and 2275/76 Interface

 

Swivel-type vacuum cartridge mounted on a sloped case. The interface and vacuum connection are installed in the rear wall according to the system-specific requirements.

Possible options:

• Duo-specific contacting (from the top)
• Tandem-solution (by means of two independent vacuum chambers)
• Double-lift solution (by means of servo motors in vacuum chamber)
