Adapter  - Change System HC 30 / 200 Tandem

The new adapter change system HC 30 / 200 Tandem is used to insert and remove exchange kits for testing assembled printed circuit boards.

This adapter system excels with its robust, innovative mechanical design and outstanding price-performance ratio. Interfaces are provided for all common adapter systems. A standard internal VG-plug interface establishes the connections between the exchange kit and base unit. Additional interface variants can be offered upon request.

After inserting the test specimen the retainer (hold-down) system is closed by one-hand operation and the test specimen is contacted simultaneously by the spring-pins in a linear contact movement. This adapter system is designed for small to medium-sized production lots; the number of measuring points should not exceed 350 (at a spring force of 1.5N per spring pin).

The test signals are sent by means of an internal plug interface and system interface and evaluated by the test system.
