Vacuum Adapter VC FG IFR 4200 /4210
This vacuum – cartridge can be swivelled in its contacted condition. It is provided with a gas-assisted shock absorber and mounted on a flat case. Flat, gold-plated contacts are provided on an interface board.

The wiring has been established in ww-technique.

Vacuum adapter VC 30 IFR 51X
Swivel-type vacuum cartridge with gas-assisted shock absorber, mounted on a sloped case. The interface consists of a VG female multipoint connector (max. 22 ea. 96-pole/64-pole), which is connected with the tester by means of wear parts. The interface is freely movable in a z-direction for easier docking to the tester.
The wiring is in ww technique.

Exchange – Adapters for IFR Test Systems

The variable adapter module “VAM 30” consists of a base unit and vacuum drive.
Equipped with an internal spring-pin interface, it allows system expansions up to 960 measuring points. The exchange cartridges are easily changed in just a few seconds and a flick of wrist – without any adjustment or setup times.
The exchange cartridges form a fully enclosed contacting unit and can be used as vacuum cartridges or retainer (hold-down) systems, depending on the type of PCB. The system remains vacuum-driven in all cases.

Base unit “redline“
Suitable for use with exchange cartridges “TC 30“ or exchange plate “TS 30 - 410“, connected to the test system via an internal interface. The interface can be equipped with 6 ea. 96-pole VG terminals. Interfaces for all common test systems are available. The system can be driven pneumatically or manually.

Allowing easy exchange of the cartridges in just a few seconds. The PCB is pressed onto the spring pins during the contacting step, thus avoiding any movements of the wiring between the measuring points and internal interface.
